Cancellation Policy

Non-Weather Related Cancellation

We have a strict 5 day cancellation policy, if you cancel within that timeframe you will be charged in full for your rental/charter. If you cancel prior to the 5 day period you will be charged an $80 refund fee per reservation or per boat. If you decide to cancel and would like to reschedule, a $50 rescheduling fee may be applied.

Weather Related Cancellation

Since our boats are covered with canopies and have full window enclosures, we continue to operate during cooler weather and/or rain showers. Reservations are cancelled only if weather is considered too dangerous (for example; high winds, heavy rain storms or rough seas) to navigate the harbor. Bookings that are cancelled by Boston Electric Boats due to dangerous weather or unsafe conditions are eligible for a rain check and may be rescheduled for a later date.
