Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Here’s what to expect when it comes to cancellations, weather, and rescheduling.

🔁 Non-Weather Cancellations

• Cancellation Freeze Period:
  Cancellations within 4 days of your booking are not eligible for a refund.

• Before the 4-Day Window:
  Cancel more than 4 days in advance and receive a refund less a $100 cancellation fee.

• Rescheduling:
  Want to move your booking to a later date? A $50 rescheduling fee may apply.

💡 Tip: Add the Peek Protect activity protection plan at checkout to be eligible for a full refund at any time for a list of reasons.

🌦 Weather-Related Cancellations

Our boats are fully covered and enclosed, allowing us to operate rain or shine. However, your safety is our top priority.

• We will cancel if conditions are unsafe due to:

  • High winds

  • Heavy rainstorms

  • Severe lightning

  • Rough seas

• If Boston Electric Boats cancels your reservation:

  • You’ll receive a rain check to reschedule with no fees

  • Or, if you prefer a refund, we’ll issue one less a 10% processing fee
