This is a hands-on role for someone who is energetic, dependable, and takes pride in creating a clean, smooth, high-quality guest experience. Dock Hands help keep the operation running by welcoming guests, preparing and moving boats, cleaning and resetting between outings, and supporting the overall flow of the dock. 💡 For the right person, this role can grow into a Lead Dock Hand position with added responsibility and higher pay. Pay $16–$18 per hour plus
